Larry focused his entrepreneurial expertise on the Food & Beverage sector to bring his dream to life. With 20 years of experience as a restaurateur—owning, operating, and managing restaurants, bars, and bakeries—he was able in 2004 to fully pursue his passion: creating something the Filipino community could be proud of.
His love for traditional Filipino cooking inspired a dream of opening the best Filipino restaurant in the U.S., sharing the rich flavors and culture of the Philippines with America. This vision became reality with The Noypitz Bar & Grill, which features a Filipino-focused menu, locations averaging 5,000 square feet, more than 200 seats, and a full bar. Larry’s success is rooted in offering authentic Filipino favorites that resonate with his guests.
After successful locations in Little Tokyo Galleria, West Covina, Alameda, and Cerritos, Larry expanded to Las Vegas in 2021 with a location at Town Center, conveniently located off Las Vegas Boulevard.
